	Do you have a real tribal card? For us and many others it is. Do you know traditional native languages? Some of us do and we have our own Binay language. Do you know native dances? Many of us are traditional dancers. And many more are learning . Can non natives join your group? Only by adoption. What does federally recognize mean? means that the US Government recognizes you as a Tribe. What makes the Binay card real? We are not BIA, but we are state recognized as a legitimate tribal group. Some of our members have BIA cards. And many of our members have done research, and DNA testing to prove there Native blood. Can I start a business as a Binay member? If you mean like a casino or such, we are not into that. Where is the Binay tribal office? One of our offices the main one is in PA. And one in IL. What are the tangible benefits of being a Binay member? Good question. Sign up and when you complete the enrollment process there is a list of things you can read about. Who are the Chiefs? We have a few Chiefs. Chief Eaglefeather [PA], Chief III Hawks [IL], Chief Lionheart [FL]. How are Chiefs selected? Our clan mothers select the Chiefs. And there is another process that we hold an election as a tribal group. Where is your Powwow? One is held in NY and one in PA. But with the new bands they will be held in some of the other Cities around the country. Do you have a delegation? Yes we do. Are you a sovereign nation? In some degree yes and in some ways no. I'll elaborate more on that in another forum. Do you do genealogy? Yes we do, but there is a fee. Do have a right of passage program? Yes we have a rights of passage program. But ours is based on Chief Cornerstone. Do you have children’s programs. Crafts etc. We have many programs and do programs through the country. Do you have cultural classes? Yes we do. We hole cultural classes each month in PA and in the other states in the other bands locations. What books should we read to learn more? Since we don't hold bingo, have a casino, or sell cigarettes in order to take care expenses we have programs and affiliate programs that help. A Black or African American Who is both Black and Native American. For instance, I have a friend who is a full blooded Indian. She married a Black man. The Kids look totally African American. But they are half Native and Half African American, what are they? Black Indians.

	We are a tribal group dedicated to our Creator, Ancestors and mother earth. To share our culture and heritage. Unity and fellowship. To enjoy our lives on earth as Creator intended us to live.

	Why should I be interested in my heritage?
	First if you where not raised in your heritage but always felt different then everyone else around you. That was the blood of your ancestors crying out for you to be who where created to be. You lived out of balance. Embracing your heritage will bring that balance your heart long for.

	What's this about DNA test?
	For those who cannot find proof of their blood line. You should do a DNA test. This will show you and others that you are truly Native by blood.
